The Rundown: Red Tornado creates a clandestine team to take on potential threats to the world.

In the wake of the events that destroyed his body, Red Tornado has been busy. After sending messages to both Simon Baz and Power Girl, the two League members believe that their League cards have been hacked and follow the signal to a hidden ship on the other side of the moon.
Once they arrive, Tornado explains to them that he is using a predictive algorithm to find and stop threat before they get big enough to bring in the entire League. The two decide to check out his prediction and find themselves fighting a dangerous mechanized menace with a hidden connection to a familiar face.
The Story: Ahmed creates an entertaining and interesting story in this first issue. I found myself intrigued with the premise of this series and the characters especially. There is some great action throughout the story and I found myself engaged in not only Red Tornado’s journey, but also the reveal at the end of the issue and what it means for the story going forward.
The Art: Henry delivers great art throughout the story I love the visual style and how it creates both the characters and look of the series.
